Gaelscoil an Eiscir Riada, Cloncollig, Tullamore invites parents to their Open Evening on Thursday 13th March from 7 – 8pm. After school homework club, and after school classes such as: Spanish, Music and Yoga, plus school bus available for pupils. See eriada .ie for more info.

The Carmelite Church, Moate ‘Three Wednesdays in Lent’ services begin on March 5th for the Ash Wednesday Adoration at 6pm to Mark the first day of Lent. Concluding with Mass at 7.15 pm with the blessing and distribution of Ashes.
During the season of Lent, daily Mass will take place at 10am & 7.15pm.

Faile Vintage Club Vintage Run takes place on Sunday 9th March. Registration is from 9.30am at Seery’s Bar, Daingean. Tractors, cars, lorry’s and bikes welcome. Proceeds will go to Gaelscoil an Eiscir Riada and Daingean Community Playground. Plus Auction and raffle on the day and Music in Seery’s that night. See Faile Vintage on Facebook for more.

The Phoenix Venue & Nightclub in Tullamore are hosting a concert to raise funds for ‘Together For Fiadh’ this Friday (28th) Admission is free, with donations on the door. Music from Hammer & Tongs, Lorcan O’Rourke plus special guests. Doors at 8pm.

The North Westmeath St Patrick’s Day Parade takes place in Castlepollard on Monday 17th March At 5pm. Over €1200 In Prizes To Be Won For The Best Floats with Community Clubs And Schools Taking Part.
