Midlands 103's 2024 Customer Service Award Winners Revealed

Businesses from across Laois, Offaly and Westmeath were recognised for their award-winning services. 

61 awards were handed out at this year's Midlands 103's Customer Service Awards. 

Businesses from across Laois, Offaly and Westmeath were recognised for their award-winning customer service. 

Over 12,000 nominations were made in the 60 plus categories. 

The annual event is presented by Midlands 103 and proudly sponsored by Capitalflow, Laois, Offaly and Westmeath County Councils along with various commercial partners.

Barber of the Year went to Cian McEvoy from Exhibit Barbers in Athlone, with Brushed Hair Salon & Blowdry Bar, Tullamore, taking home the title of Hair Salon of the Year and Iris Hand & Foot Spa, in Portlaoise received the award for Nail Salon of the Year.

The James O’Connor Trades-person of the Year Award was won by Gary Martin, OCM Security & OCM Energy, Tullamore.

Crèche of the Year was won by Clonbrusk Childcare Centre in Athlone and Portlaoise Dental was the winner of Dental Practice of the Year.   

Hugo Loonam Motors, Cloghan, was crowned Car Dealership of the Year, while Cooney Kitchens & Bedrooms in Mullingar were chosen as Kitchen Supplier of the Year.   

Managing Director Will Faulkner is congratulating all the winners and says "we've seen an increase of 22% on the number of nominations received for this year's awards. Year on year the event has been growing and it shows how people in the region appreciate the incredible customer service that is provided by businesses in the region."

The gala event was held in the Tullamore Court Hotel.
