Some pets dance around, jump up and down and get over-excited just like humans.
A new study has found half of pets display excited behaviour when certain music genres are played.
33% of dogs barked when they heard rock music, while 30% of cat owners reported their furry friend liked classical music.
The research also found 40% of hamsters enjoyed rap beats.
The Irish Daily Star reports a spokesperson for record label Downes Music, who conducted the survey, said some pets dance around, jump up and down and get over-excited just like humans.
