Two in five of them have been in Westmeath.
Over 260 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the midlands in the last two weeks.
Figures from the Health Protection Surveillance Centre show there were 117 people diagnosed with the illness in Westmeath, 87 in Offaly and Laois had 64 new cases between 13th and 27th of June.
Westmeath has the fourth highest incidence rate in the country at 131 per 100,000.
