It follows two seperate cases of misdisgnosed fatal fetal abnormality and a recommended abortion, only for parents to be told afterwards their baby was perfectly healthy.
Meath West TD and Aontu leader Peadar Toibin has concerns as it follows the Baby Christopher case in 2019.
His parents Rebecca Price and Pat Kiely were told their baby would not survive in the womb or die a day after delivery, only to find out he had been healthy in medical documents afterwards.
