The expansion will include the addition of nearly 200 new lodges at the holiday village.
An Bord Pleanala has given Center Parcs the go-ahead for a €100 million expansion.
The Holiday Village had originally received planning permission last year for the addition of nearly 200 new lodges, but that decision was appealed to ABP.
The plans also include the provision of a new restaurant and coffee shop, and the installation of solar panels.
The development will also include the extension of the existing Spa, the Treetop Sauna and Pool, as well as a number of restaurants and cafes.
An Bord Pleanála has upheld the original decision, subject to 17 conditions - those include a pre-and-post works survey of the existing roads, which it says will be in the interest of traffic safety.
