The waste management company plans to sell their operations to KWD Recycling.
Bord Na Mona Recycling says they've provided their employees with assurances that existing terms and conditions will be honoured if and when the waste management company is sold.
SIPTU members at the semi-state company are taking strike action over the sale to KWD Recycling next week.
Those in the union will be striking next Tuesday and Wednesday.
The worker's union says they want a 'registered employment agreement' to ensure employees' terms and conditions are protected while B-N-M says they've shared a framework which includes commitments to honour existing terms and conditions with SIPTU.
Bord Na Mona is asking the union to "exhaust other agreed resolution procedures before progressing with strike and industrial action."
