Bressie is leading a team through Lough Ree on the fourth day of 'The Rising'.

The Rising is an ongoing national fundraiser, organised by the mental health charity A Lust for Life.

The national movement is ensuring the children of Ireland get the education to protect their mental health from an early age.

Today they are embarking on the longest day yet of 62km, from Athlone to Portumna.
