That's according to a female Westmeath concrete contractor, ahead of the international women's day summit in The Johnstown Estate, Enfield tomorrow.
Gillian Murtagh from Shar Murtagh Precast in Raharney believes more women will seek work in construction if the education system creates further pathways.
