Calls For Cost Cuts To Extra Curriculars For Families

A newly nominated General Election Candidate for Offaly is making the call ahead of a party Think-In.

Fine Gael want to see cuts to the cost of extra curricular activities for families in the Budget.

Newly nominated Fine Gael General Election Candidate for Offaly, John Clendennen, is making the call ahead of the party's Think-in in Tullamore this week.

He referenced the costs of training gear for sport, music classes or summer camps adding a burden to families.
