Calls For More Supports For Sheep Dipping As Scabs On The Rise

Scabs are a parasite underneath a sheep's fleece, causing itching, wool loss and potentially death.

An increase in sheep scabs is forcing calls for more supports for farmers in need of sheep dipping.

The scabs are a parasite under the fleese which can cause wool loss, excessive itching and, in extreme cases, death for the animal.

Dipping sheep in an insecticide and fungicide is seen as the best solution for the condition.
