Children Are Being Let Down By The Department According To Westmeath Childcare Expert

It comes following the staff turnover rates in creches.

A Westmeath early learning and child care provider is hitting out at the Department of Children for it's hostile relationship with the sector.  

The industry is dealing with staff turnover rates in creches, rates in pay and questions around the quality of care being provided. 

Recently fears have been underlined by sector leaders that the staff turnover rates are having a drastic effect on children's education and development.
