Daughter Of Offaly Man Who Died In The North Sea Pushing For Answers

Over 120 people were killed in the tragedy.

The daughter of an Offaly man killed in the Alexander Kielland Disaster is pushing for further investigations into the tragedy.

Tullamore's PJ Pender was one of 123 people killed when the oil rig they were working on capsized off the coast of Norway in 1980.

Investigations into the incident have taken place, but the Kielland Network is campaigning for a public inquiry to be held.

PJ's daughter, Tara Pender, is a member of the group, and says all of the men who died that night deserve justice:
