Diageo has unveiled plans to open a new €200 million brewery in County Kildare.
The site in Newbridge will support 50 new jobs, and it will move the production of some lagers and ales from St James' Gate.
This will allow the iconic Dublin site to produce more stout for global markets.
The brewery, which will be the 2nd largest in the country, will be powered by renewable energy and is set to become operational in 2024.
