A lack of emergency accommodation is harming victims of domestic violence in Laois.
That's according to Sinn Féin Deputy Brian Stanley, who's been seeking on update on funding for a refuge centre in Laois in the Dáil.
Laois is one of nine counties in the country with no emergency accommodation for victims, and has been listed as a priority for service provision by Tusla.
