Primary school teachers are to receive foreign language education.
'It's a practical waste of time'
That's according to Laois's Gary O' Keeffe, who believes the draft syllabus for primary school kids to learn French, German and Spanish, is not practical.
In the coming years, primary school teachers will receive foreign language education that's currently only in secondary schools.
