The Enterprise Minister admits the cost of a controversial wall in Dublin is unacceptable.

The Office of Public Works spent almost €500,000 replacing a wall outside the Workplace Relations Commission in Ballsbridge.

It follows on from the bike shelter and the security hut which also set the taxpayer back.
