Economic Abuse Goes "Hand-In-Hand" With Other Forms Of Domestic Abuse - ODVSS

It follows the latest report from Women's Aid today.

Economic abuse can go hand in hand with other forms of domestic abuse against women.

That's according to the Offaly Domestic Violence Support Service, which says more investment is needed to tackle emerging trends, such as post-separational.

A new report from Women's Aid shows more than 40,000 disclosures of domestic abuse in 2023, a rise of 18% on the year previous and the highest ever in their history.
