He was dropped to the school by his father just before quarter-to-9.
Enoch Burke is still standing outside Wilson's Hospital School in Multyfarnham, County Westmeath, despite the prospect of facing a hefty fine.
He's continuing to disregard a court order for him to remain off the property, and was dropped to the school by his father just before quarter-to-9.
Solicitor Jason O’Sullivan says if he continues to keep showing up, fines like this will be issued for the next two weeks:
2pm came and went, but Enoch Burke stayed on school property.
His failure to leave and purge his contempt before this time, means Mr.Burke will now be subjected to a 700 euro fine.
The decision was made yesterday by Mr Justice Brian O’Moore who said it had to be done because it was clear he doesn’t accept the validity of the order to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School.
For every day Mr.Burke decides to ignore the court's orders he'll be subjected to the €700 fine, which could cost Enoch Burke €5,000 a week.
This case will be reviewed at a hearing on the 10th of February.
