A midlands farmer is calling on the Environment Minister to meet with the ICMSA before Christmas.
Minister Eamon Ryan agreed to the meeting with the Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association in Tullamore, to discuss the impact of re-wetting farmlands.
Farmers are keen to discuss issues arising from the re-wetting of 80 thousand hectares of land, for both themselves and the wider community.
