ESRI Warns Houses Are Being Overvalued By Up To 10%

The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers is calling for all Government Departments involved in housing to connect.

Government needs to connect all departments associated with housing to end the current crisis, according to the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.

The ESRI is warning house prices are overvalued by up to 10% and many people are carrying too much mortgage debt.

It says these people would be vulnerable, if there was a rise in unemployment or a drop in wages.
