EU Election Candidates Used "Fear-Mongering" On Bio-Diversity Legislation - Cowen

The newly elected MEP is speaking after an amended Nature Restoration Law was passed this week.

European election candidates engaged in "fear-mongering" when it came to farmers and the European Union's bio-diversity legislation.

That's what newly elected MEP Barry Cowen is saying after the EU passed a significantly amended Nature Restoration Law this week.

The current Laois Offaly TD is certain no farmers will be forced to enter into any bio-diversity schemes, and none will miss out for not entering them.
