Blackberry Hearing are offering free hearing aids after hearing their story on Midlands 103.
A hearing aid company is set to help a deaf Laois couple cover the cost of replacing them.
James Reardon and Ruth McSkane from Portarlington face paying €10,000 to cover the cost, despite both of them working full-time.
After hearing their story on Midlands 103 to promote World Hearing Day through Chime, Blackberry Hearing is offering them the equipment for free out of their local clinic in Portlaoise.
