Kevin Boxer Moran knocked on almost every door by himself.

A former Minister says he used 'Old School Politics' to get elected.

Kevin Boxer Moran topped the poll in Athlone making his return to politics in Westmeath County Council as he recieved a surplus of more than 2,000 votes in his LEA.

Councillor Moran lead a great campaign by talking to people face to face and staying off social media which lead to great results. 

He said he canvassed over 9,000 houses in a 10 week period and knocked on almost every door himself as part of his campaign.
