Irish beef has been officially launched into the Korean market.

The Minister for Agriculture says the Republic of Korea was designated a priority target.

Charlie McConalogue says that's due to the huge potential it represents for Irish exporters, as the fourth largest meat importer globally.

Access was secured in May this year.
