The Lismacaffrey man was re-elected to the role in ICSA.
Westmeath's Sean McNamara has been re-elected as the President of the Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association.
Mr McNamara saw off competition from fellow Westmeath farmer Dan Lynam.
The Lismacaffrey man was elected by the association's national executive which comprises of over 100 members from all over the country.
Prior to the vote, each candidate made a presentation, followed by a question and answer session.
