Jury Expected To See CCTV Evidence In Ashling Murphy Murder Trial Today

They heard from the State Pathologist yesterday.

It's expected the jury will be looking at CCTV evidence in the Ashling Murphy Murder Trial this morning.

Jozef Puska, of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh,Offaly, denies murdering the school teacher along the Grand Canal in Tullamore on January 12th 2022.

Jozef Puska denies the allegations that he confessed to murdering Ashling Murphy on 12th January 2022 - and did so at a level of detail which that person would have known.

Yesterday, they heard from the State Pathologist Sally Anne Collis about the post-mortem examination on Ms. Murphy's body.

The trial is due back before Mr. Justice Tony Hunt just after 11 o'clock.
