The Chief Executive Laois County Council says it's "disappointing" there's been no progress in five years on a new Courthouse in Portlaoise.
John Mulholland, Chief Executive says the local authority will convey a meeting with the OPW Court Services to see if it will be included in the national plan.
The local authority acquired land for the construction of the new courthouse at Kylekiproe.
