That's according to newly elected senator Maria McCormack following the departure of Brian and Caroline Dwane Stanley and Aidan Mullins.
Ms McCormack says she's looking to focus on the future rather than dwelling on the past.
The Laois Senator wants to prioritise special education needs in her new role in Leinster House.
