Gardaí are investigating a burglary in Offaly.
The incident occurred at a home in Cappincur, Tullamore, on Saturday evening.
A man in his 20s was arrested at a nearby location and was held at a Garda station in the Midlands.
He has since been charged in relation to this incident and is due to appear before Tullamore District Court this morning.
Investigations are ongoing.
