The "Irish Mammy" is being celebrated this weekend in Laois.
40 scarecrow mammies will be on show at this year's annual Durrow Scarecrow Festival, which runs from Sunday for 8 days.
A group of local Ukrainian women have helping to create them by using old duvets to make housecoats.
