Michael Hogan, from Hogan's School of Motoring is making the comments after driving testers have been accused of "nit-picking" in complaints received by the Road Safety Authority.
According to the Irish Times, one learner told the RSA they weren't surprised the centre they attended had a high fail rate, describing the tester as "evil".
