Stephen Murray's work debuts at the popular Dublin cinema this weekend.
A midlands man has beaten the odds, and will premiere three short films this weekend.
Stephen Moran, from Milltownpass, was awarded a scholarship to Griffith College upon completion of a Creative Media course in Moate Business College, despite only receiving 123 points in his Leaving Cert.
He has autism, and was told he 'didn't have the IQ' to do what he wanted to do, when he was in school.
His new films, 'Vanish', 'Undress,' and 'Creepy Charlie' will be on offer at the Lighthouse Cinema in Dublin on Saturday, from 11am.
Mr. Moran says he's so proud of how far he's come:
