CSO figures from November show the median price of a dwelling in Westmeath to be €286,000.
While in Laois and Offaly, it's €265,000 and €252,500 respectively.
The Dún Laoighaire-Rathdown area of Dublin has the highest median price, reaching over €650,000, while Longford and Leitrim tied for the lowest at €180,000.
