The court service is passing the buck when it comes to the collection of disqualified drivers licenses and fines.
Longford/Westmeath Fine Gael TD Peter Burke says this is just one of a number of huge concerns raised when a delegation from the court service came before the Public Accounts Committee.
The Road Safety Authority has produced figures which indicate 12% complied with orders to surrender their license - while the Court Service estimates it to be 33%.
