Two derelict landmark regeneration projects in the midlands received massive funding this morning.
A near €4 million boost to a Westmeath town's regeneration project. has been a 'long time coming.'
That's according to Castlepollard Local Development's Communications Officer, Noel Kinahan, who's welcoming the massive grant.
The money will be used for the refurbishment and extension of the Market House, and the creation of a town park.
Durrow is the other receipient of funding in the midlands, having been allocated just under €1.5 million.
