It's due to a military exercise taking place.
A no-fly zone will be in operation over an area of Laois this week to facilitate a military drone training exercise.
It will have a 6km radius covering Clonaslee and a portion of the Slieve Blooms.
The ban on private drones will begin at 8 o'clock Monday morning and last until 5 o'clock Friday evening.
The Irish Aviation Authority are warning that anyone who breaches the no-fly zone could see their drone seized and face prosecution by Gardai.
