The Oasis founding member returned to an Offaly village for a commemorative event.
A former Oasis drummer has received a commemorative plaque in an Offaly village.
Tony McCarroll lived in Kinnitty for two years as a child.
He returned to the village on Saturday, where the plaque was unveiled.
Mr. McCarroll also took part in a Q&A session.
He played the drums for Oasis' debut album 'Definitely Maybe' which sold over 8 million copies worldwide.
