Both Laois' Sinead Dowd and Offaly's Allie Leahy have a 16/1 chance in taking home the crown.
They are just ahead of the representative from Ottowa, Aoife McDonald, who will also be flying the flag for the region as her dad hails from Portarlington.
Roses will be taking to the stage at the Dome in the Kerry Sports Academy on August 21st and 22nd.
