An Offaly actor is set to star in a new TV series in the US.
Tullamore's Sam Keeley - who's previous work includes The Siege of Jadotville and The Cured - is taking to the screen again - this time in a comedy drama.
He's taking on a role in Paramount Network's "68 Whiskey", as Cooper - an army medic, with a dislike for army discipline.
Production of the ten-episode series begins this month, with it expected to premiere early next year.
