Fine Gael Councillor for Edenderry Liam Quinn made the point during feedback on a presentation of the draft Corporate Plan for Offaly County Council for the next five years at its December meeting.
The draft was approved and is expected to be available to the public in the next few months with the council now seeking extra feedback on the energy scheme auctions.
Councillor Quinn says the Office of the Planning Regulator engaging more on this matter would help the county:
