Nobody is above the law when it comes to social distancing rules.
That's according to independent councillor John Leahy, after more than 150 people reportedly attended a funeral in Offaly earlier this week.
He's say footage taken shows over 50 vehicles parked outside Clonoghill Cemetry in Birr.
Gardaí attended the scene and dispersed the crowd.
Councillor Leahy says it's upsetting for those who lose a loved one but that these guidelines are in place for our own safety:
