Offaly School's Teabag Waste Project Earns Spot In Sustainability Final

'Environmental Innovators' is a TY programme that focuses on global food system challenges.

An Offaly school has made the final of Agri Aware's and Biorbic's Transition Year programme 'Environmental Innovators'. 

This award recognises original ideas that tackle challenges the global food system faces.

Killina Presentation Secondary School in Tullamore, earned a spot in the final for its Teabag waste recycling project. 

This year’s Peer Day will take place at the Bord Bia Global Hub on Monday, April 7th where seven schools will battle it out to be crowned the National Winners for 2025.
