Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary says other countries are laughing at Ireland's refusal to expand our airport services.

The airline chief is appearing before the Oireachtas Transport Committee this afternoon to discuss the passenger cap at Dublin Airport.

Ryanair are calling for the Transport Minister to scrap the 32 million passenger cap to save tourism and jobs here.
