A new scheme to support farmers affected by flooding along the Shannon Callows 'isn't enough,' according to a midlands campaign group.
The €800,000 scheme will allocate €325 per hectare to farmers impacted by flooding along the River Shannon over the summer.
However, the Save Our Shannon Organisation, which held a number of protests in Offaly this year, says it's disappointed by a cap of 15 hectares for the support.
