That's the advice from midlands budgeting expert Caz Mooney, as a new survey shows almost half of consumers said 'buy one get one free' offers often lead them to purchasing items they don't really need.
The survey, carried out by Coyne Research, found shoppers who use coupons are actually spending an additional €477 a year.
