600 school principals were involved in the study.

Secondary school principals are facing unprecedented levels of stress, burnout and workplace violence.

That's according to new research from a study carried out on 600 principals between 2022 and 2024 that found female school leaders were disproportionately affected.

It found these issues were twice as likely to affect them than their male counterparts.
