Laois has seen one of the highest increases in prices.
The cost of a home in Ireland has increased by over 20% in some parts of the country.
That's according to a new survey which examines property prices in each county.
Rural Ireland experienced a significant price surge, with Roscommon topping the list with a 29% increase.
