Ryanair Deny Price-Gouging During Festive Season

The airline is placing the blame on the cap at Dublin Airport for high prices of flights.

Ryanair is denying it's engaged in price-gouging, and says the passenger cap at Dublin airport is the reason its charging such high prices for flights this Christmas.

Some seats on services from the UK to Ireland later this week and early next week are costing over £500.

Ryanair CEO, Mullingar's Michael O'Leary, denies profiteering, and says passengers who have to pay such high prices can blame the outgoing Environment Minister Eamon Ryan.
