"Shag All" Being Done To Clamp Down On Unauthorised Developments Along The River Shannon

That's according to Laois Offaly Sinn Féin TD Brian Stanley.

The Chairman of Dáil Public Accounts Committee says "shag all" is being done to clamp down on unauthorised developments along the River Shannon.

Laois Offaly TD Brian Stanley says there are jetties and moorings that are being built without licences or planning permission. 

He says there needs to be proper regulation.

The Sinn Féin Deputy wants Waterways Ireland to investigate how many unauthorised developments there are along the Shannon:
